Part-time Marketing Coordinator – Digital and Social

The ideal candidate will possess:

At least 2 years experience in e-commerce Digital Marketing

– A passion and knowledge of all things Social – Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat

– Experience managing and implementing Social Media best practice and brand objectives via Plann, Later or Hootesuite, – strong experience in establishing brand voice and engagement objectives

– Experience developing, implementing & optimising FB advertising campaigns

– The confidence to attend and direct the creative objectives of Pocket Prints at photographic shoots

– Competency to edit, crop and improve images using Photoshop and Canva

– Organisational skills to maintain a communications schedule with new and existing influencers

– A creative flair to write snappy copy for social media and EDMs

-A genuine interest in popular culture encompassing trends in photography, lifestyle, interiors food and fashion.

– Excellent grammar, an appreciation of funny memes accounts on Instagram will contribute to the great little office space shared with another small biz!

– Flexibility to roll up sleeves and take on additional tasks (i.e customer service enquiries during busy periods)

Founded in 2015 Pocket Prints is an exciting Instagram printing tech start-up (husband and wife duo) based in Blackburn North – with a printing facility in Hallam. Inspired by the hundreds and thousands of photos we took and shared to Instagram as new parents, we built an app – The little Print Shop that lives in your Pocket….

We are small and growing and we’re looking for a switched on e-commerce marketer to join our small team. As a brand we are committed to producing premium photo products and our products exceed our customers expectations. We are proud of the brand we are creating and we’re weeks away from an exciting re launch of our app and web app with a great new line up of new products and additional growth…

About you:

A social media native with marketing skills and experience in the e-commerce landscape. Your key strength will be an understanding of the digital customer experience. Working directly with the Founders of Pocket Prints, you’ll develop a comprehensive marketing calendar to increase brand awareness through digital advertising campaigns, social and EDM’s to help us find our audience!

The nitty gritty:

  • Initially a part-time contract role through to the end of the year, we see this as a permanent opportunity in 2018
  • The office is in Blackburn North – a quick right hand turn from the Eastern Fwy with heaps of off street parking
  • Flexible hours (in office) equivalent to around 15-20 hours per week
