Delivery options and delivery estimates

Most of our print products are flat and reasonably light so we offer Aust Posts' standard large letter service for delivery as the most economical option.

Unfortunately, AustPost does not offer tracking on their standard large letter service.

Frames, Posters, and accessories are shipped in a satchel or box - using Aust Posts' standard delivery service, tracking is provided for this option.

Depending on the destination Aust Posts' standard service takes 2 -8 business days once dispatched to arrive.

WA and N.T deliveries (e.g. Perth, Broome): Expect 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Can I upgrade to Express Post?

Yep, sure can - there is an option to upgrade and pay $9- $14 for Express Post at checkout.

What happens if my order isn't delivered?

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.

If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post.

Refunds or replacements will not be given if your prints get damaged or go missing in transit.

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been confirmed and your order dispatched we cannot alter the address.

Unfortunately, If we are required to resend your order, we’ll be required to charge the standard postage rate to resend.
